Experience
Jenna is an International Coach Federation certified coach. She earned her Masters of Science in Leadership and Organizational Development along with an Executive and Professional Coaching Graduate Certification at the University of Texas, Dallas. She is also certified in the application of the enneagram through Integrative Enneagram Solutions, which can be a useful tool for her clients during the coaching process. Prior to the coaching profession, Jenna earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Georgia (GO DAWGS!) and pursued a career in finance, accounting, and human resources with small to mid-sized businesses. She has provided value to many women by partnering with them to gain awareness and clarity and to design practical steps to move in the direction of their goals and a more desirable future.
Now we get to the good stuff. Jenna is happily married to her husband of 16 years, a newly retired surfman in the U.S. Coast Guard, and a mother of four. She has two teenage daughters and two young sons. Thanks to the Coast Guard, she got to move from coast to coast over the last 16 years meeting wonderful people and exploring beautiful places along the way. Newly retired, they relocated from the beautiful beaches of the Outer Banks back to the land of her ancestors in the mountains of Western North Carolina where they are building a home and a farm, setting down roots, and living life to the fullest. She enjoys hiking, road tripping, last minute adventures, reading, going to her kids’ swim meets and soccer matches, gardening, canning, and taking care of her chickens.
She is a SX enneagram 7, an extroverted introvert, an INFJ for the Myers-Briggs fans, a dreamer, a little too perfectionistic and idealistic for her own good, and deeply passionate, especially when it comes to truly connecting with people and helping them, leaving the world a better place, and showing up authentically and honestly. See, I told you a little too perfectionistic and idealistic for her own good, but these are the very things that make her a great coach. Her tenacity, inquisitiveness, and intuition help her bring the right mix of insights, curiosity, encouragement and accountability to support their success.
