 My Approach

My approach to coaching is evidence-based and solution-focused utilizing a positive psychology model and a humanistic perspective to modify your thoughts and behaviors and help you achieve your goals faster and with greater long-term success. My goal for our coaching partnership is to help you learn a new way of thinking and develop a set of tools and resources that empowers you and serves you long after our time together.

To put it more simply…

We look at you as a whole person rather than just through the lens of one aspect of your life and your being to evaluate what areas of your life are not working for you in order to create the change necessary to achieve your goals. Through cognitive behavioral coaching, we uncover underlying thoughts and beliefs that may be impacting your relationships, your career, and your happiness. All methodology is supported by scientific research and focused on finding actionable solutions towards a more desirable future. Our coaching engagement is a short-term investment with impactful and lasting long-term results.

One-Hour Coaching Session - $150/session

If you aren't ready to commit to more than one session, are in need of a quick perspective shift or mini-breakthrough, this one hour coaching session is perfect for zeroing in on your biggest concern, personally or professionally, and helping you get unstuck quickly.


Break Free - $500/month

Weekly coaching sessions paired with coaching support via email and text throughout the week means results that add up in all areas of your life. By making a commitment to prioritize your personal and professional growth, you are taking the first step to getting unstuck, to choosing happiness and success, and to creating a life defined by purpose, impact, and pure joy.
